You start by clicking on 👤 Users in the menu on the left-hand side, followed by clicking on Sales Agents.
Next, you click on the "+ / plus" button in the upper right corner, to create a Sales Agent. The window below will appear.
Creating a Sales Agent
When creating a Sales Agent, the following data is mandatory:
First name *
Last name *
Country *
Email *
Phone no. *
They are marked with a "* / star".
Once you have submitted the data you complete by clicking "Save". Clicking "Save" will send an invitation to the email you typed in. The Sales Agent's overview will now look like this.
N.B. the exact same email address cannot be used for two different Sales Agents.
After saving your Sales Agent you need to assign the agent to a Retailer. You do this by clicking on the Sales Agent you just created and this window will open.
Now click on the toggle switch "Retailers" and this window will open.
Click on the "+ / plus" button to assign the Sales Agent to a Retailer.
You complete by clicking "Assign to agent" button in the bottom right corner.
Sales Agent invitation
The invitation the Sales Agent receives in the inbox, looks like this.
The invited Sales Agent sets the password by clicking on the "Set password" button and will then be redirected to the window below.
Once the password has been created, then tick off the "Accept the terms and conditions" box followed by clicking "next".
After the Sales Agent has created a password he/she will be will now be directed into your Turis webshop. This window will appear.
Here the Sales Agent can do two things:
Add note to company: this will add a note to the company/retailer the Sales Agent is assigned to
Create new order: this will give the Sales Agent access to the webshop where he/she can browse and purchase products
