To access Products, you start out by clicking on ⚙️ Settings in the menu on the left-hand side followed by clicking on Products.

When clicking on Products, five sub categories - New products, Out of stock, Stock visibility, Sort options and Container Sizes - will appear. These sub categories will be explained and accounted for in the following sections.

You can define how your products should be sorted in your shop. You get to sort in five different ways; Newest, Recently edited, Most popular, A-Z or Z-A.

Click on the sub category "Sort options" and this window will appear.

Click on the dropdown menu to choose how you want sort your products in the shop.

Then simply select one of the six sorting options.

Remember to click "Save" once you have made your changes.

Custom sorting

With the option "Custom sorting" you are able to choose the sorting yourself for your shop. To create this you have to upload a .CSV file to the custom sorting.

In the .CSV file your add all your SKUS's in the order you would like them to appear in one colum without a header. Each value must be in a new row, do not use delimiters. Invalid SKU numbers will be ignored. Only the SKU numbers featured in the file will be updated. Each new uploaded file will overwrite the sorting policy.
