Integrating your warehouse and order management between Turis and Rackbeat is a smart way to optimize your business operations. With this integration, you can ensure seamless order transfers and real-time stock updates. Here's a guide to help you set it up! 👇

Where to Find the Rackbeat Integration in Turis? 🔍

Setting up the integration is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings in Turis.

  2. Select Integration.

  3. From the dropdown menu, choose Rackbeat.

When you have chosen Rackbeat, you will be shown an empty form ready for set-up;

Easy Setup and API Key Generation 🛠️🔑

Setting up the integration is incredibly straightforward, with only a few simple steps. One important part of the process is to generate an API key in Rackbeat, which allows Turis to communicate with Rackbeat.

You can follow this guide to generate an API key in Rackbeat to get your key. Once the API key is created, you’re well on your way to a smooth integration between your systems.

The Set-up and Field Explanations 📝

To ensure the Rackbeat integration in Turis works properly, you need to fill in several fields in the setup.

Here’s an overview of the key fields, as shown in the image:

  1. Enter your Rackbeat API key: Here, you enter the API key generated in Rackbeat. This key allows Turis to communicate with Rackbeat and transfer data between the systems.

  2. Enter your Customer Group ID: In this field, you enter your Customer Group ID from Rackbeat. This helps organize and assign the right customers to orders when they are transferred.

  3. Choose Order Status: You can choose which orders should be sent to Rackbeat based on their status in Turis. For example, you can opt to send all new orders or select a specific status before the orders are sent.

  4. Payment Terms Mapping: In this section, you map your payment terms from Turis to the corresponding payment terms in Rackbeat. This ensures that the correct payment terms are also transferred when the orders are sent. As shown in the image, different payment terms (e.g., 30 days, Immediate Payment, etc.) are mapped between Turis and Rackbeat.

  5. Enable Rackbeat Integration: Finally, activate the integration by checking the box labeled Enable Rackbeat Integration. This ensures your settings take effect and data starts transferring between Turis and Rackbeat.

Once all fields are correctly filled out, click Save to store your settings and complete the setup. 🎉

Remember, filling out these fields correctly is essential to ensure a smooth and successful integration!

What Does the Integration Do? 🔄

This powerful integration offers the following features:

  • Transfer orders from Turis to Rackbeat: You can choose to transfer orders immediately or based on a status trigger.

  • Create customers in Rackbeat: If the customer number doesn’t already exist in Rackbeat, the customer will automatically be created when the order is transferred.

  • Real-time synchronization of stock levels: Stock levels are continuously synchronized, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date inventory status in Turis.

Order Logs and Error Notifications in Turis 📝

When an order is received in Turis, you'll be able to see an order log directly on the order, providing information if there were any issues transferring the order to Rackbeat. You’ll be notified if anything goes wrong, so you can act quickly.

Stock Synchronization During Integration Setup 🏷️

Once you complete the setup, Turis will synchronize the stock from Rackbeat. It’s important to note that all products need to exist in both Turis and Rackbeat for the order transfer to be successful. If a product is missing in one of the systems, the order will not be transferred successfully.

By integrating Rackbeat with Turis, you’ll have a smarter setup with automated processes and fewer manual tasks. It saves you time and reduces errors – a real win-win! 😎
