At Turis, we offer two powerful Shopify integrations that help streamline your workflow. These apps operate independently of each other but can both be added to your Turis account to simplify product management and inventory handling. Let us introduce the two apps: Shopify Importer and Shopify Stock Integration.

🔄 Shopify Importer: Transfer Your Products to Turis

The Shopify Importer makes it easy to transfer your products from your Shopify store to the Turis platform. This saves you from manually creating products one by one. With the Shopify Importer, you can import your entire product catalog with just a few clicks. 🖱️

When you create your Turis account, you'll typically be presented with the option to use the Shopify Importer immediately. If you didn't do it during setup, you can always find it in the platform in Tools > Bulk Uploader. The process is simple: add the link to your Shopify store, and the import will automatically begin. 🚀

Key Points:

  • ⏳ Do not interrupt the import: The import process can take several minutes depending on the number of products, and it is important not to interrupt it during this time.

  • 🚫 No automatic update of new products: Please note that the Shopify Importer does not automatically update new products if they are created in Shopify after the initial import. You’ll need to manually re-run the import if you add new products later.

🏷️ Shopify Stock Integration: Synchronize Your Inventory

The Shopify Stock Integration ensures that your inventory is always up to date in both Shopify and Turis. This integration can synchronize inventory either one-way or two-way between the systems. 🔄

You can find the Shopify Stock Integration under Settings > Integrations in your Turis account. Once you’ve added your Shopify account, you’ll be asked to choose between one-way or two-way synchronization.

We always recommend choosing two-way synchronization to ensure that your stock levels are updated no matter where changes are made. 📦

Features:

  • 🔄 Two-way synchronization: With two-way synchronization, inventory is automatically updated whenever changes are made in either Shopify or Turis.

  • 📋 Initial synchronization: During the first sync, the system will pull stock data from Shopify and transfer it to Turis. The synchronization is based on your SKUs. Therefore, it’s essential that your SKUs match in both systems to ensure accurate inventory updates.

⚙️ Summary

By adding these two Shopify apps, you can ensure a seamless integration of both your products and inventory management between Shopify and Turis. Shopify Importer makes transferring your products easy, while Shopify Stock Integration keeps your inventory up to date across both platforms. 🛠️

Remember to manually import new products, and always choose two-way synchronization to get the most out of the stock integration. ✅

This article is your guide on how to maximize your Shopify and Turis experience using our two unique Shopify integrations. Whether you want to import your products or synchronize your inventory, these apps are essential tools for your e-commerce setup. 🌐
