How to connect and set up Turis with E-conomic

Setting up the integration between Turis and E-conomic is completed in a few and very simple step. Let's get started.

To get started, click on ⚙️ Settings in the menu on the left-hand side and then Integrations.

In the dropdown menu we choose "e-conomic".

Your window should now look like this. Here we want to click on "Get E-conomic Key" to connect Turis with your E-conomic account.

🔔 Please note: when you click "Get E-conomic Key" you have to be logged into your E-conomic account, and have it open in the same browser as you have Turis open.

You will then be redirect to this page in your browser.

Here you click on the blue button saying "Add app". Once you have clicked "Add app" Turis and E-conomic is connected.

You will then be sent back to Turis and your window will look like this.

Trigger and what is transferred from Turis into your E-conomic

Here get a few options to configure how orders, products and retailer data should be transferred and synced with your E-conomic.

What status should trigger an order to be synced with E-Conomic?

In this step we want to choose the right trigger that essentially pushes the order from Turis to E-conomic. Click on the dropdown to select af trigger.

We recommend using the trigger "Completed" or "Shipped", as you do not want to push the order from Turis to your E-conomic before it is handled and finalized in Turis.

🔔 Please note: once an order has been pushed from Turis to E-conomic, you cannot change/edit the order in Turis anymore.

Products: if a product on an order exist in Turis, but not in E-Conomic, what product group should we assign it to

As the title implies, if a product is created and exists in Turis but not in your E-conomic, what product group should it be assigned to.

Click on the dropdown menu to select a group, from your E-conomic account, which a new product should be assigned to when synced.

What group it should be assigned to very much depends on how you work with your E-conomic and your settings there. We, however, recommend using the one called "Varer m/moms".

Retailers: if a retailer/customer on an order exist in Turis, but not in E-Conomic, what customer group should we assign it to?

If a Retailer is created and exists in Turis but not in your E-conomic, what customer group should it be assigned to when synced. This setting, again, depends very much on how you work with and uses customer groups in your E-conomic.

Click on the dropdown menu to find and select your customer groups from E-conomic. Select the customer group, you want to assign Retailers that exists in Turis but not in your E-conomic.

Are you using the Inventory Module?

This setting is only applicable if you use Inventory Module in your E-conomic and it is by default set to "No".

Therefore, if you do not use E-conomic's inventory module then leave it be at "No".

On the other hand, if you use E-conomic's inventory module then click on the dropdown menu and select "Yes".

Here you get to select your inventory location your products should be taken from.

This is what the set up looks like now.

Once you have completed your configurations, click "Save" to save your settings.

Removing integration

If you for some reason want to disconnect and remove the integration again, simply click on the red button "Remove integration".

This message will pop up, to make sure you are informed about what disconnecting means. To continue disconnecting click the red button "Remove" and that is it.
