Guide: How to Create an Order for Retailers

This article teaches your retailers how to create orders in your Turis Shop

Placing an order is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to complete your purchase efficiently.

1. Log In to Your Account

To begin, log in using the email and password you set up in the invitation email from your wholesaler. You can choose to save your login details or stay logged in for quicker access in the future.

2. Browse Products

Once logged in, you will land on the main page of your wholesaler’s webshop, where you can view all available products. Use the sidebar to browse products by category for easier navigation.

3. Add Products to Your Basket

Start adding products to your basket by selecting the desired sizes, colors, and quantities. You can add as many items as needed and will have the opportunity to review your selections before finalizing your order.

4. Review Your Order

When you are ready to proceed, click on the basket icon in the upper right corner and select “Review Order.”

During this step, you can:

  • Verify your billing and delivery details.
  • Review the products in your order.
  • Adjust quantities or remove items if necessary.
  • Select your preferred shipment date.

5. Accept Terms and Confirm Order

Once you have reviewed all details, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions before submitting your order.

6. Payment Options

Depending on your agreed payment terms with the wholesaler, you will either be required to pay by credit card at checkout or receive an invoice.
