Script Manager
Do you want to add a chat feature to your Turis shop or track customer behavior? The Script Manager tool makes it easy to integrate third-party scripts into your shop!
With Script Manager, you can insert small code snippets from external services like Intercom, Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, and more.
How to Access the Script Manager
To find the Script Manager in Turis:
- Log in to your Turis account.
- Open the Tools tab in the sidebar.
- Click Script Manager.

Adding a Script
Once inside the Script Manager:
- Click the green plus (+) button to create a new script.
- Give your script a name.
- Paste your script code into the Script Tag field.
- Select where the script should be placed in your shop’s code.
Example: Adding Intercom Chat to Your Shop
Let’s say you want to add a chat feature using Intercom so your buyers can message you directly. Here’s how:
Step 1: Get Your Intercom Script
Intercom provides a script for embedding their chat widget. You can find and copy this script from Intercom’s documentation or within your Intercom account.

Step 2: Add the Script in Turis
- Open your Turis account.
- Navigate to Tools > Script Manager.
- Click Create Script (green plus button).
- Give your script a name (e.g., "Intercom Chat").
- Paste the copied script into the Script Tag field.

Step 3: Set the Script Placement
Intercom recommends placing this script "Before End Body Tag" in your shop’s code. Select this option in the placement settings.
Step 4: Save and Activate
Click Save, and your Intercom chat widget will be added to your shop.
Step 5: Test the Chat
Once saved, visit your shop. You should see a small chat icon on the page, allowing customers to send messages directly to you.
