Buyer Product Data Export (CSV)

Give buyers structured access to your catalog with a one-click Download product data button. When enabled, buyers can export a CSV of every product they can see on All Products—including SKU, name, price, and more.

1) Enable the export (Admin)

Go to Settings › Products › Buyer data export.

Switch Enable product data export for buyers to Yes.

Click Save.

The feature is off by default. You control when buyers can export.

2) What buyers see

On the buyer side, a Download product data button appears in the left sidebar (near Image & Content).

The button automatically uses your Primary Color from Site Settings › Shop Colors.

Clicking the button generates a CSV for the currently logged-in buyer and starts the file download.

3) What’s included in the CSV

Each row represents a product that is visible to the buyer (respecting categories, visibility rules, and price lists).

Columns:

SKU

Product name

EAN

Main category

Stock level (included only if stock visibility is enabled on your account)

Price (specific to the buyer downloading the CSV)

4) Notes & FAQs

Which products are exported?
All products visible to the buyer on All Products at the time of export.

Currency & pricing
Prices use the buyer’s assigned price list and your shop currency.

Stock levels
If Show stock levels is disabled for your account, the Stock level column is omitted.

Large catalogs
For very large catalogs, generation may take a few seconds before the download begins.

Privacy
Buyers can only export data they already have access to; other buyers’ pricing is never exposed.

That’s it—flip it on, and your buyers can self-serve the catalog data they need.
