Shopify Order Integration (Turis → Shopify)
Send orders created in Turis straight to your Shopify store—on your terms. You can choose whether to include pricing details and when the order is transmitted.
What this integration does
Creates a corresponding order in Shopify for each Turis order you decide to send.
Optionally includes prices (line-item prices and totals) or sends item/quantity details only.
Lets you control timing: send immediately after the order is placed in Turis, or only after the order status is updated in Turis.
Connection required: To activate this integration, please contact Turis Support. We’ll connect your Turis account to your Shopify store and help set the initial options.
Getting connected
Reach out to Turis Support with your request to enable the Shopify order integration.
We’ll guide you through the connection and confirm your preferred settings (pricing on/off and send timing).
Once connected, you’ll see the integration available in your Turis account and can adjust settings later if needed.
Configuration options
1) Prices in Shopify
Choose whether Turis should include monetary values when creating the Shopify order.
Include prices – Line items and totals are transferred with the order.
Do not include prices – Only product and quantity information is sent.
2) When orders are sent
Pick the trigger that fits your workflow:
Send immediately – Orders are sent to Shopify as soon as they’re placed in Turis.
Send on status update – Orders are held in Turis and sent to Shopify only when you update the order status in Turis (e.g., when you’ve reviewed or confirmed it).
How the flow works
A buyer places an order in Turis.
Based on your settings, Turis either sends it to Shopify right away or waits until you update the order status.
Shopify receives the order with the details you chose (with or without prices).
